Tally Cat Café is a coffee, tea, boba, beer and wine bar that proudly serves Lucky Goat coffee, espresso, cold brew, and other drinks while also housing 12-18 adoptable cats from Leon County Humane Society.
The café is separate from the cat lounge and even has a wall-to-wall viewing glass with bar seating for those waiting their turn or those who may not be able to enter a room full of cats. The Cat Lounge, furnished for playing and cuddles, is a space provided free to Leon County Humane Society to serve as a foster home for their cats. All of the cats in the Cat Lounge are spayed, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. You can see all of the current cats and their profiles here. Anything you order from the coffee bar you are welcome to bring with you into the Cat Lounge.
There is a charge of $15.00 an hour per person for walk-ins to enter the Cat Lounge. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Reservations made online are $14.00 an hour. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 5 cannot enter the cat lounge. You may book your reservation here.
Tally Cat Cafe has helped Leon County Humane Society find homes for over 1,700 cats since opening in 2018. When they opened, the size of our cat program and number of cats we were able to help was effectively doubled.
Not only do they help us find cats homes, but they advocate and educate our community on responsible cat care. We love Tally Cat Cafe and hope that you’ll choose to support this philanthropic small business!
