As 2024 winds down to an end, we give thanks to those who’ve supported our mission this year, and we look ahead to 2025 with optimism and hope! With your help, we’ve taken in close to 1,000 animals again this year. We’ve provided support to hundreds of struggling pet owners trying to do the right thing by their pets. We’ve embraced opportunities for education and outreach. And we’ve done our part to help hold others accountable.
We can’t do this work without the generosity of our donors, and the time and hard-fought efforts of our volunteers and foster families. Rescue is a team effort, and the team that is the Leon County Humane Society is filled with passion and dedication.
