Board of Directors Requirements
I understand the requirements for a two-year term are as follows:
- Attend at least 10 of the 11 monthly Board meetings and the Annual Meeting of the Society
- Serve on at least one committee
- Contribute $1,500 each year based on the Board Contributions Policy
- Be willing to meet with the Executive Director/Staff on specific issues as needed
