Woody

Woody takes his time to come out of his shell. At first he’s quite intimidating until you learn his hisses are a well-meaning sham. Once you give him time in a quiet environment he gives you all of his love and affection. His favorite pastime is pretending he doesn’t want you to pet him and then flopping in your lap to rub against your hand and lick your fingers. You can attempt to pull away from his love but he will often grab you softly with his paws to bring you back to him which will lead you to procrastinate on your, clearly, unimportant daily tasks. He is learning to settle and just lay near people on the couch and bed. He has met other cats and dogs and doesn’t mind either. In fact, what he really seems to want is another affectionate cat. He often tries to curl up under one of the other cats in the house (much to their dismay). He loves pizza. He loves YOUR pizza. He will steal pizza. We can tell he wants to be playful and will often engage with toys but is still unsure of what he’s doing. If he wants your attention he will tell you with the quietest of meows. Woody is, quite simply, feline perfection and will steal your heart quickly.
