Hi! I’m Petey! A two-year-old neutered Bulldog Pitbull mix with lots of love to give. I am gentle and playful, although my favorite pastime is a nap on a couch or chair in the sunlight. I need a patient, committed family who can be home with me most of the day, during which I like to be nearby my people to snuggle and play with soft toys together. At night I prefer to sleep in bed with my humans or on a soft cushion on the floor of their room. Although I am potty trained, I will need some help with house training, but I know how to sit on command, walk well on the leash, am friendly with children, other people, dogs, and cats, and I even sometimes listen when my foster parents tell me “No!” I’ve been told I give the “best hugs and kisses in the whole world” and hope to spread my squishy-faced smiles with my furever family soon!
