Look at these eyes! Look at those ears! Oscar is a sweetheart of pup, super easy-going and chill (but not timid). He’s even-tempered and a little goofy. He is a lap dog at heart but we won’t tell him that. And did we mention he’s handsome? He and his siblings came to Tallahassee as evacuees from New Orleans in the wake of Hurricane Ida. Oscar is currently in a foster home where he gets along great with kids and enjoys belly rubs and being around people in general. He walks on the leash like a grown-up and is working on his potty-training.
