Rescued from an extreme hoarding case, Char is ever so grateful for her new life! She meows when she sees you and may act shy at first, but she loves head scratches and leans into your hand for pets. Char is friendly with other cats and really needs a home with another cat to be her confident best friend. Char loves to eat wet food is easily swayed with yummy treats!
