Office Closed for Quarantine

Our office has been closed for several weeks to protect the cats in our program from two separate outbreaks that arose after helping a neighboring county. We’re battling Panleukopenia, an often deadly virus, on top of a common ringworm exposure – an annoying fungal infection that is – luckily – difficult but not a major health concern.

It’s very challenging to contain both of these, and we’re using a skeleton staff and crew on top of closing our office to visitors to limit exposure.

We miss you and we can’t wait to be through to the other side!

In the meantime, we can use your help in the way of donations! We desperately need clean towels and short cardboard trays that can be used as litter boxes.

We appreciate your patience, support, and assistance during this difficult time!

If you don’t have other cats, Panleukopenia is only a danger to cats and ferrets, so if you’ve ever thought about cat fostering, we have some stable adults who would love to be free from their kennels and would welcome a spare bedroom or bathroom with some affection and attention from you.
